String Beans Vinaigrette is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh or frozen french-style green beans, 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 small garlic clove, minced, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese and 8 oz. Drop beans in boiling water.
Cook 6 to 8 minutes.
Drain. Combine everything except tomatoes and olives.
Toss and chill all day or overnight.
