Streusel Cake
Streusel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix, 3 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, 1 1/3 c. orange juice and 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Beat cake mix with eggs, oil and orange juice with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Pour evenly into greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Stir in cereal and dried fruit; sprinkle evenly over batter in pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Makes 16 servings.
