Strawberry Tapioca
Strawberry Tapioca is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 6 tbsp. large tapioca or 1/3 c. minute tapioca, pinch of salt, 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat water; add sugar and salt.
Bring to boil and add tapioca and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes until tapioca is clear. Immediately add jello.
Frozen strawberries can be put in while hot to melt.
Cool before adding fresh strawberries.
This is also good to use with fresh peaches and peach jello.
