Strawberry Tapioca
Strawberry Tapioca is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. small pearl tapioca, 5 c. water, 2 (2.75 oz.) boxes strawberry jello, 1 c. sugar and 1 (16 oz.) container frozen sliced strawberries in sugar, thawed a little, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring water to boil, then add tapioca.
Boil gently, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from stove then add jello, sugar and strawberries.
Cool in refrigerator.
After it sets up a little, fold in Cool Whip.
