Strawberry Surprise
Strawberry Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 to 16 oz. cool whip, 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream, 3/4 can evaporated milk, 3/4 c. powdered sugar and 1 to 2 lb. sliced strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut cake into cubes.
Slice strawberries. Set aside (add a little sugar, if desired).
Mix together Cool Whip, sour cream, milk and powdered sugar.
Pour mixture over cake.
Layer cake mixture, strawberries and glaze in a large container. Refrigerate.
