Strawberry Surprise
Strawberry Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pretzels, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. melted butter or oleo and 1 large pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix crushed pretzels and 1/4 cup of chopped pecans, sugar and oleo.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 7 minutes. Add 2 cups boiling water to jello.
Stir until dissolved.
Add crushed strawberries (frozen or fresh).
Stir until slightly thickened.
Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip with 1 cup sugar.
Cover cooled pretzel crust and jello mixture with cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
