Strawberry Square Salad
Strawberry Square Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. strawberry gelatin, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice (may use water), 10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained and 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve gelatin and water together.
Add pineapple juice. Place in the refrigerator until partially congealed.
Fold in fruit and marshmallows.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place in refrigerator overnight to congeal.
Serves 24.
