Strawberry Shortcake
Strawberry Shortcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mini marshmallows, 2 c. frozen strawberries with syrup, thawed, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Grease bottom only of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle marshmallows evenly on bottom.
Thoroughly combine strawberries with syrup with dry gelatin; set aside.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Blend on low speed until well moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter over marshmallows. Spoon strawberry mixture evenly over batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
