Strawberry Shake
Strawberry Shake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/3 c. fresh strawberries, 2 tbsp. unsweetened orange juice, sugar substitute to equal 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. nonfat buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine skim milk, strawberries, orange juice and sugar substitute in container of an electric blender or food processor. Process until strawberries are pureed and mixture is frothy. Transfer mixture to a small pitcher.
Stir in buttermilk.
Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
Diabetic Exchange: 1 skim milk.
Each serving amount
1 cup.
