Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Mix first 3 ingredients and press in 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan. Bake 7 minutes at 400° or 375°; cool.
Blend next 3 ingredients and spread over cooled crust and chill.
Dissolve jello in water; add strawberries and pineapple.
Chill slightly and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate.
Top with Cool Whip if desired.
