Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. frozen strawberries, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, juice and water to equal 1 c., 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello and baked 9-inch pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Thaw and drain strawberries.
Heat juice and water with cornstarch until thick and clear.
Stir in jello.
Mix well.
Stir in strawberries and pour in unbaked pie shell.
Chill.
Top with whipped topping before serving.
This is especially attractive with a spoon of whipped topping in center of pie slice with a fresh unstemmed strawberry stuck in center of the topping.
