Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 qt. fresh strawberries, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mash 1 cup strawberries.
Add enough water to make 2 cups. Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add to mashed berries. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, lemon and jello.
Cool. Mix with strawberries.
Pour into pie shell. Chill.
