Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie crust, 4 tbsp. cornstarch or flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water and 1 box strawberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake pie crust.
Mix 1 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons cornstarch. Mix into 1 cup water.
Boil until thickened and clear, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add 1 box strawberry Jell-O.
Let cool completely, add strawberries.
Mix well.
Put in shell when cool.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Makes 1 pie.
Double to make 2 pies.
