Stirring constantly, bring water, pudding and jello to a full boil.
Remove from heat and allow to cool while preparing strawberries.
Slice strawberries and arrange evenly in pie crust.
Spread glaze over strawberries and chill until firm.
Cool Whip Lite optional.
