Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker shell, 1 pt. strawberries, cleaned and sliced, 1 c. water, 1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine in saucepan the water, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook until thick.
Add to thickened mixture the strawberry Jell-O. Place berries in pie shell.
Pour thickened mixture over berries. Chill until set.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
