Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked and cooled, 4 c. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled, 1 1/2 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Slice strawberries into baked crust.
Cook water, sugar and cornstarch over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
Continue to cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add strawberry gelatin.
Stir until dissolved; pour over strawberries.
Chill until set.
Top with whipped cream.
