Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced, 1 baked pie shell, 1 c. water, 1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fill baked pie shell with strawberries.
Combine water, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook until clear.
Remove from heat and add strawberry Jell-O.
Stir well.
Cool and pour over berries. Refrigerate.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
