Strawberry Pie

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Stir in water and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in gelatin.
Pour over strawberries and mix well.

When set, spread Cool Whip or whipped cream on top.
