Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 baked pie shells, 1 1/2 qt. strawberries, cleaned and halved, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. water and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine strawberries and sugar.
Set aside.
Mix water and cornstarch; bring to boil.
Mix strawberry Jell-O into boiling water and cornstarch mixture.
Add strawberries.
While mixture is still hot, pour into pie shells.
Refrigerate.
When set, cover with Cool Whip.
Makes 2 pies.
