Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch pie shell, 3 tbsp. strawberry jello (powder), 1 c. sugar, 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bake pie shell. Mix together jello, sugar and cornstarch. Then add warm water and red food coloring.
Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.
Add sliced strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell.
When set, top with whipped cream, if desired.
