Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. fresh strawberries, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. cold water and 3 tbsp. strawberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, cornstarch and cold water.
Boil until thick; remove from heat.
Add strawberry Jell-O.
Put fresh strawberries in baked pie crust.
Pour mixture over strawberries and chill. Add whipped cream.
Can be made with fresh blackberries, using blackberry Jell-O or use any fresh fruit, using the same flavor of Jell-O.
