Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. water, 2 tbsp. strawberry jello and 1 pt. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash and drain strawberries and place in a cooked shell.
Cook other ingredients in a double boiler on high temperature until thick (approximately 8 minutes), stirring constantly.
Pour over strawberries and cool.
Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Yields 1 pie.
