Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust (bottom only), 10 oz. seven-up, 1 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 qt. fresh strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cool baked crust.
Combine Seven-Up, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until thick and clear.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add 6 to 8 drops of red food coloring and almond extract.
Wash berries and pat dry.
Put berries in pie crust.
Pour glaze over berries.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.
