Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello and 1 pt. strawberries, washed and hulled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar and cornstarch; stir well.
Add water and cook until clear.
Remove from heat; add jello.
Let cool.
Pour half of jello mixture into crust.
Add berries which have been cut into fourths; then add remaining jello mixture.
Top with 1 small container whipped topping.
Refrigerate until served.
