Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. strawberries, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 box strawberry danish junket mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar and berries and let stand.
Drain juice off berries and add enough water to make 2 cups.
Cook a little, then add Junket mix.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add berries and put in baked pie shell.
Add whipped cream for topping.
