Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 tbsp. strawberry jell-o (1 small box for 2 pies), 1 c. sugar, 1 c. boiling water and 1 pt. strawberries, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
Add boiling water and boil until mixture thickens and clears.
Let cool.
Add strawberry halves in pie shell.
Pour cooled Jell-O mixture over strawberries and refrigerate until congealed, about 3 hours.
Slice and top with Cool Whip, if desired.
