Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (9-inch) pie shells, baked and cooled, 1 large pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 qt. strawberries and 3 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook until thickened.
Mix well.
Allow to cool.
Slice 1 1/2 quarts strawberries in pie shells.
Pour cooled mixture over strawberries.
Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
If you want only 1 pie, use small box of Jell-O and half of each of the other items.
