Strawberry-Nut Salad
Strawberry-Nut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 c. boiling water (combine and mix well), 2 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 medium can crushed pineapple and 3 bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine Jell-O and boiling water and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread 1/2 mixture in a glass baking dish.
Chill well until set.
Spread with 1 pint of sour cream. Carefully spoon rest of strawberry mixture over top.
Chill until solid.
Serve plain or on lettuce.
