Strawberry Nut Bread
Strawberry Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed, 2 c. sugar, 3 c. flour, 1 tbsp. cinnamon and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat eggs in medium bowl until fluffy.
Add oil, sugar and strawberries.
In large bowl, blend sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Add strawberry mixture and mix until well blended. Stir in nuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
