Strawberry Mousse
Strawberry Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar-free jell-o brand strawberry flavor gelatin or any red flavor, 1 c. ice cubes, 1 c. halved strawberries and 1/2 c. thawed cool whip whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Pour boiling water into blender.
Add gelatin and blend at low speed until completely dissolved, about 3 seconds.
Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted.
Add strawberries, reserving 6 halves for garnish.
If desired, add the whipped topping.
Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into individual glasses.
Chill until set, at least 30 minutes. Garnish with strawberries.
