Strawberry Mold
Strawberry Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 small pkg. strawberry-banana jello, 1 c. boiling water plus 1/4 c., 1 can crushed pineapple (include juice), 1/4 c. sugar plus 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 pt. strawberries, washed and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the ingredients together.
Save a few strawberries to garnish the mold.
Place in refrigerator until it's the consistency of jelly.
Remove; add 1/2 pint of sour cream which has been beaten for 4 to 5 minutes.
Blend and serve with fresh strawberries.
