Strawberry Layer Salad
Strawberry Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve one package Jell-O in one cup hot water and fold in one half of fruit.
Pour into "snack-and-store" or "cold-cut-keeper" and let congeal in refrigerator.
Spread with sour cream and nuts.
Dissolve other package Jell-O in one cup hot water.
Fold in remaining fruit and spoon over the congealed salad.
Chill until firm.
