Strawberry Layer Cake
Strawberry Layer Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. salad oil (crisco), 1 box strawberry jello, 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, 3 eggs and 1 box cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

👨🍳 Instructions
Empty cake mix and jello in mixing bowl; add oil and eggs. Beat 3 minutes in mixer; add strawberries.
(If frozen berries, drain off liquid.)
Beat 1 minute.
Pour into 3 oiled cake pans. Bake 25 minutes at 350° or 375°.
Cool before icing.
