Strawberry Jello Salad
Strawberry Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 large pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts and 3 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple.
Add water to juice to make 2 cups.
Bring to a boil and add Jell-O.
Add strawberries and stir until dissolved. Add pineapple and 1 cup cold water.
Put 1/2 in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Set.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and nuts. Spread on set Jell-O. Pour rest of Jell-O on top and let set.
