Strawberry Jello Mold

Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry jello, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix jello and water together.
Add pineapple and strawberries. Pour half of mixture in mold; let congeal.
Spread sour cream on firm jello.
Pour remaining mixture over sour cream.
Return to refrigerator until set.
