Strawberry Jello
Strawberry Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box strawberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained good, 1 large box frozen strawberries and juice and 1 egg (beat well), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix first 4 ingredients together and let set until firm. Combine next 5 ingredients and cook on low, stirring all the time, until thick.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Add 1 small container Cool Whip to cooled mixture and spread on jello.
