Strawberry Jam
Strawberry Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. fresh crushed strawberries, 2 c. sugar and 1 1/3 c. karo light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large kettle, mix together strawberries, sugar and corn syrup.
Quickly bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Cook rapidly, 30 to 40 minutes, or until jam sheets from a metal spoon and becomes clear in color.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and skim with a metal spoon as foam rises to the surface.
Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes, stirring gently.
Pour into hot sterilized jars.
Seal according to jar manufacturers directions.
