Strawberry Glace
Strawberry Glace is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. cold water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water in a bowl.
Stir in the cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
Soften the cream cheese and shape into balls.
Roll in nuts.
Place alternate layers of cheese balls and strawberries in a 9-inch ring mold, covering each layer with gelatin.
Chill until firm.
Unmold and fill center with sherbet.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
