Strawberry Gelatin
Strawberry Gelatin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 container cottage cheese (12 oz.), 1 container cool whip (12 oz.), 1 box strawberry jello, 1 pt. frozen strawberries, drained and sliced and 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cottage cheese and Cool Whip in large mixing bowl.
Add jello; mix.
Add strawberries and pecans; mix well.
Put in 9 x 13-inch dish or one of your choice and refrigerate.
Best when made a day before serving.
