Strawberry Fruit Pops
Strawberry Fruit Pops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 c. chopped ripe berries, 2 to 4 tbsp. granulated sugar and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a small heatproof custard cup, sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
Stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
Place dish in a small pan of water and heat gently until gelatin mixture is completely dissolved.
Cool mixture.
Place strawberries in a medium bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
Stir gently and set aside for 15 minutes. Combine cooled gelatin mixture, strawberries with their juice, lemon juice and corn syrup.
Spoon into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Makes about 6 fruit pops.
