Strawberry Fresh Pie
Strawberry Fresh Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (small) jell-o brand vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling, 1 pkg. (small() jell-o brand strawberry flavor jell-o, 2 c. water, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 2 c. prepared dream whip whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine pudding mix, gelatin, water and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Pour into a bowl and chill until thickened.
Fold in half of whipped topping, blending well.
Stir in strawberries.
Pour into pie shell and chill until set, 1 to 2 hours.
Garnish with remaining whipped topping and more strawberries.
