Strawberry Divinity
Strawberry Divinity is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. light corn syrup, 3/4 c. water, 2 egg whites and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine sugar, syrup and water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches hard ball stage or 260Β°. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add jello to egg whites.
Pour thin stream of cooked mixture over egg white mixture, beating constantly.
Long as possible until mixture is stiff and loses gloss.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Makes 2 pounds.
