Strawberry Dessert Bread
Strawberry Dessert Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Stir flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar into a large bowl.
Make a well in the center.
Mix frozen strawberries, eggs, oil or melted margarine and chopped pecans.
Pour into dry ingredients (I beat the eggs, then beat in the oil and stir in the strawberries.
I also put the pecans in the dry ingredients.) Stir just enough to dampen all ingredients.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
I use 7 small pans and bake about 35 minutes or until tested done!
