Strawberry Dessert
Strawberry Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed, 1 stick margarine, softened, 1 1/2 c. powdered confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 well-beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, make a layer of vanilla wafer crumbs.
Cream margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Beat well.
Spread mixture over crumbs.
Cover with sliced strawberries or can mix berries in creamed mixture.
Chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
Serve with a whipped topping or Cool Whip on top.
