Combine ingredients.
Place top crust over.
Roll edges to seal.
Brush top crust with milk.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and slash in several places.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes and at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
