Mix together flour, margarine and pecans.
Put in a greased 9 x 13 pan and press it in pan to make crust.
Bake at 300Β° for 15 minutes and let cool.
Mix together Cool Whip, sugar and cream cheese and layer it on crust.
Top with the pie filling and chill for 6 hours.
