Strawberry Delight
Strawberry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes strawberry jell-o, 1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice, 1/2 c. sugar, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1 large container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together Jell-O and pineapple; over medium heat, bring to a boil.
Add sugar and cream cheese.
Continue to stir over low heat until cheese has melted; mixture will be lumpy.
Cool until slightly jellied.
Fold mixture into Cool Whip and 1 1/2 cups strawberries.
Decorate top with remaining strawberries and refrigerate until firm.
