Strawberry Delight
Strawberry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 angel food cake, 1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed and capped, 1 c. sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip and 1 pkg. or jar strawberry glaze (found in produce section in season), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sour cream, sugar and Cool Whip together.
Break up angel food cake into bite size pieces and mix with Cool Whip mixture. Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix capped strawberries with glaze and put on top of cake mixture.
Refrigerate.
(Can substitute nonfat sour cream and lite Cool Whip.)
