Strawberry Delight
Strawberry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs and 1 qt. drained strawberries (fresh or frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Use one cup of crumbs in bottom of pan.
Beat margarine, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Spread over crumbs.
Add strawberries over mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts and remaining cup of crumbs.
Cover with whipped cream.
Let stand overnight.
