Strawberry Custard Pie
Strawberry Custard Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, pinch of salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Blend eggs, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and milk.
Put 1 cup cut-up strawberries in bottom of a 9 or 10-inch unbaked pie shell. Pour blended mixture over top and bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Lower heat to 350°
And bake for 25 minutes.
